It was founded by Mr. Natverlal and his Sons Navinchandra Dalal and Pravinchandra Dalal. It is still after this time being run by the family. Mr Dilip Dalal is the Chairman and MD of the company he is the son of the original founder Mr Navinchandra Dalal. The daily operations is also being spearheaded by Mr. Dilip son, Sameer Dalal.
